Draw an outline of a witch and cut out for front door. Use something vinyl or plastic so it is weather-resistant. Add a store-bought broom and a ribbon curling through it (I have to experiment with how to attach the broom to the door without causing any damage. Off the top of my head, I'd say try hot gluing a strong magnet to the broom handle or using some colored duct tape). Add a small child's Halloween costume cape with more curled ribbons, then add a hat buckle (cut up an old belt, just be careful it's not too heavy). Throw in some glittery stars and moon for your witch to fly through.
